Eligible Items for Exchange & Return

Clothing, footwear, and other eligible products purchased from Munna Partyy may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are;

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed

• In their original condition

• Accompanied by original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase

• Free from any signs of damage caused by misuse or handling after delivery

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following categories cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Toys

• Jewelry and accessories

• Swimwear and swimming accessories

• School supplies and stationery

• Baby care and feeding products

• Undergarments

• Food and edible items

• Personal care products

• Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Return & Exchange Process for All Orders

To request an exchange or return, customers must contact our support team through either of the following channels:

• Order number

• Customer name

• Product details

• Reason for exchange or return

• Photos of the item (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request is received, our team will review and inspect the case. The verification and processing period typically takes 24 to 48 working hours.

If approved, further instructions regarding the return or exchange process will be provided.

Return Shipping Charges

Unless an incorrect, damaged, or defective item was shipped by Munna Partyy, all return courier and shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

Munna Partyy is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Customers are encouraged to use a reliable courier service and retain shipment tracking details.

Refund & Store Credit Policy

Munna Partyy does not offer cash refunds except where required by applicable law.

Approved returns may be processed in one of the following ways:

• Store Credit / Shopping Voucher

• Exchange for another product of equal value

• Replacement of a defective or incorrect item

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, Munna Partyy will arrange a replacement, exchange, or suitable resolution at no additional cost to the customer.

Display Center Purchases

Products purchased directly from the Munna Partyy Display Center are also covered under this policy and may be eligible for exchange or return, subject to the same conditions outlined above.

As our display center serves as a product viewing and purchase facility rather than a traditional retail outlet, all returns and exchanges must still be coordinated through our customer support team.

Right to Refuse Returns

Munna Partyy reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request if:

• The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered.

• Original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase are missing.

• The request falls outside the applicable return period.

• The product belongs to a non-returnable category.
